From its humble beginning 25 years ago SPECTRANS CC was established as a transport brokering business and a few years later started buying our own vehicles. Now trading as SPECTRANS 24/7, we are a fully fledged transport company running our own fleet of over hundred (100) vehicles.
SPECTRANS 24/7 has four (4) depots – Durban, Randvaal, City Deep and Jet Park. The depot in Seaview, Durban is strategically situated to cater for the freight industry and manufacturing companies in and around the Durban area. The Durban depot mostly handles the long distance transport within South African borders. The Randvaal and City Deep depots also cater for the freight and manufacturing industries for deliveries mainly in the Gauteng area and Cross Border. We have a dedicated delivery service for airfreight cargo from OR Tambo Airport. Our head office is in Seaview, Durban.
What started out as transport broking operation in 1989, has evolved to a fully-fledged transport service with over 120 of our own delivery vehicles. Today, the business is still family owned, together with our management and every staff member the business continues to grow from strength to strength.
